DMX
Motorsports is a Harley-Davidson Vrod drag racing team which races
in the AMRA (American Motorcycle Racing Association). We are based
here in West Michigan along with one other team that races in our
series.
DMX Motorsports is nationally ranked every year
within the top 10 in points. This past season DMX Motorsports
finished 3rd in the Vrod class and 17th in the Eliminator class.
Last season we suffered through many engine failures with our last
engine builder, Don Tilly, out of Statesville, NC. but this year we
decided to take on an engine builder named Jeff Flora out of South
Bend, Indiana, in order to make sure that we have a chance for
winning the national championship.
We have built DMX Motorsports into an elite seven member team this year.
Crew Chief: Tim Simmons
Tim has huge general knoledge on mechanics and machine operation. Tim has been a friend of Mark's for 5 years now.
Engine Department: Jeff Flora
Jeff Flora has built 171 national championship engines, single handedly, over the past 35 years and raced to 61 national championships himself. “Nuff said!!
